First Grade Dolch Words Packet Plus a HUGE Salee!

Ahhhh finally got to finish my.  I have been working on this since April and with all my wedding craziness just didn't have time.

My First Grade Dolch Sight Word Mats

So excited to share this with you all.  I plan on doing the bundles for K 2nd and 3rd grade in the future. Had to do the first packet for my firsties!  This packet is just like my Sassy Sight Words.  It's perfect for center work, buddy work, early finishers and homework.  I did this last year with my little ones and the students I tutored always asked for it.  It was fun to see them enjoy it so much.

If you notice there is not cutting involved.  I wanted to make this clean and organized.  I know when my students cut, most of them do a great job but you always have some students who are losing letters or important parts to make their classwork complete.  So I figured it would be easier for my little ones to manage and less of me picking up!

All these mats have the same format:

color, write, rainbow write, how many syllables, word search and write & draw!

These are all fun short activities for the firsties to use when being introduced or reviewing  a sight word.

Write This, Draw That! Writing through the Spring

AHH  so many snow days we've had already this year is making me lazy!  But this past snow day I was excited to final finish my Write This, Draw That!  I have been getting a few sweet e-mails from you guys asking me when I will be done.  So here it is!  Finally complete.  ::relieved::

This is a bundle that I started creating back in September.  My little ones absolutely love using it during centers and it definitely has helped them with their writing.  I have seen such improvement and so happy to see them grow!  

Here are some snippets on what's inside.

I have tons of writing start topics.  I like to do this because some kiddies in my class need to be given an idea to start with and they can go from there.  Other students just need a topic and from there they can figure out what to write.  Everyone is different and I like to include differentiated instruction.

I also like to incorpate fun and themed printables to match the month in which they are writing.  It's a fun way to encourage my little ones to write.  They know that once their done writing, they can color in the pictures or draw a picture of their own to describe their work!

Writing through the Winter - Writing Center Starters with Topic Cards Bundle!

It's done!  Finally!  I have been getting such sweet e-mails asking when I would have out my Writing Through Winter bundle out.  I have been so busy wedding planning but I tried to work on it every free minute, I had and it's done!  Phew.

This is just like my Writing Through the Fall bundle except for the winter. This includes months from December-February.  My little ones loved the last bundle and it was great having the writing center done for the next few months.  All I did was punch holes in the left corner of each card, place a book ring through them, separate for each month and your all set.  I think for this month, I am going to put the topic cards  in a big jar and have students pick out 1 card and whichever they choose will be what they have to write about!  

This is all Common Core Aligned!!

Writing in the Fall - Writing Center Starters with Topics Cards Bundle!
